Joyce,
Fantastic call, thanks for having it!
I hope I didn’t misunderstand the question, but I think there was someone looking for organizations that help small business start-up. I have two tips; first, try to see if you have a local S.C.O.R.E. chapter. It’s an organization of retired executives set up to give guidance. Second, check with your local college or university for their SBA offices. Hope that helps!

Hi Carol,

Glad you were on the call. It was a power packed hour! I plan on hosting many more of these in 2010. Many of our
members actually found me through SCORE. I was the highlighted expert for December. That was a real honor! It’s a great organization.
Don’t forget you can ask questions on the Millionaire Moms discussion board and be answered by me and often times others.
Thanks for the tips. Appreciate you!

Joyce

That’s right David. Goal setting is like concentrated power! Here’s something I wrote in my notebook today from Success Magazine:

The Million Dollar Personal Success Plan
1. Crystalize Your Thinking- determine which specific goal you want to achieve. Then dedicate yourself to it’s attainment with unswerving singleness of purpose, the trenchant zeal of a crusader.
2. Develop a plan for achieving your goal, and a deadline for its attainment-Plan your proress carefully, hour by hour, day by day, month by month. Organized activity and enthusiasm are the wellsprings of your power.
3. Develop a sincere desire for the things you want in life-A burning desire is the greatest motivator of every human action. The desire for success implants “success consciousness,” which in turn creates a vigorous and ever-increasing “habit of success.”
4. Develop supreme confidence in yourself and your own abilities-Enter every activity without giving mental recognition to the possibility of defeat. Concentrate on your strnegths, instead of your weaknesses…on your powers, instead of your problems.
5. Develop a dogged dtermination to follow through on your plan, regardless of obstacles, criticism or circumstances or what other people say, think or do-Opportunities never come to those who wait, they are captured by those who dare to attack.
